The pull sheet
Event bar pull sheet from your catalog
Spirits, liqueurs, wine, beer, mixers, garnish and ice, each with its unit and cost. Pick products and quantities for the event, or copy a previous one. Print the sheet or export it for the van.
For mobile bartending and bar-catering companies
Bar Pull Sheet is a mobile bar inventory app for bartending and bar-catering companies that builds each event's liquor pull sheet and equipment checklist from your catalog, puts the crew and the host details on it, and counts what came back.
Run a couple of weekends through it before you enter a card.
Sound familiar?
Saturday's wedding sheet is last Saturday's spreadsheet with the numbers changed, and the product names have drifted again.
Instead: Every sheet comes from one catalog. Copy a previous event and adjust the quantities; the names and units stay the same.
The return count is on the printed sheet in the van, or in a text, and nobody reconciles it until the next pull.
Instead: Bartenders enter unopened and opened counts on their phone before they unload. The event shows what's gone, line by line.
Three bartenders text asking for the address, the call time and whether the host is supplying the booze.
Instead: Everyone on the crew sees their call time, the venue, the host's number and the sheet on one screen, and confirms they're working it.
The venue's insurer asks for the certificate holder from a wedding in June, and it's somewhere in a booking email.
Instead: COI on file, certificate holder, permit number, bar type and who supplied the alcohol live on the event, not in an inbox.
A rack of coupes and two shakers are gone and nobody knows which job lost them.
Instead: Equipment goes out and comes back by event, with broken and missing counts and a box for 'charge the host'.

Every bottle and every glass rack is tied to an event, so the losses are too. The app stamps when the kit was packed, when it came back, and who counted it.
What's on it
The pull sheet
Spirits, liqueurs, wine, beer, mixers, garnish and ice, each with its unit and cost. Pick products and quantities for the event, or copy a previous one. Print the sheet or export it for the van.
The return count
Per line: unopened back, opened back, and roughly how much is left in the opened bottles. The app works out what was used and what never came back, and marks who counted.
The gear
Glassware racks, shakers, portable bars, coolers, dispensers, linen and signage. Quantities out, quantities back, breakage, a condition note, and whether the host pays for it.
The crew
Lead bartender, bartender, barback, driver, each with a call time. They log in, see their next events with the venue and host contact, confirm, and enter counts from the van.
Months later
Who was the certificate holder on the Hartley wedding?
Open the event: COI on file, the holder, the permit number, who supplied the alcohol, and the bar type.
How much Aperol do we go through at a 120-guest open bar?
The usage report: units gone per product across every counted event, at your unit cost, over the last 30, 90 or 365 days.
Which job lost the second shaker?
The loss report: equipment missing or broken by event at replacement cost, with the charge-the-host flag, so the invoice line has a date and a name on it.
Did the host at the June corporate party get charged for the coupes?
The event's equipment list keeps the broken count, the condition note and the charge-the-host box you ticked that night.

Details
The list of bottles, mixers and bar gear pulled from the shop for one event, with the quantities out. After the event the same sheet gets the counts back: unopened, opened, broken, missing. Bar Pull Sheet keeps one per event, built from your catalog.
Each pull line has unopened back and opened back, and you can note how much is left in the opened bottles. The event then shows what's gone per product. Entering a count marks the kit returned and records who counted it.
Yes. On the Crew plan and up each bartender gets a login that shows only the events they're on: date, call time, venue address, host contact and the sheet. They confirm the assignment and enter return counts from the van.
Products are what gets consumed: spirits, liqueurs, wine, beer, mixers, garnish, ice and disposables, each with a unit and a cost. Equipment is what should come back: glassware, bar tools, portable bars, coolers, dispensers, linen and signage, each with a replacement cost. On the Crew plan and up you can paste both lists in from a spreadsheet.
Each event records who supplies the alcohol (your company, the host or the venue) and the bar type: open bar, cash bar, hosted with a limit, or dry with mocktails. The pull sheet can hold just mixers and garnish when the host brings the bottles.
Yes, 14 days with no card. After that, pick a plan on the Billing page; your events and counts stay readable and exportable either way.
It sits beside them. Your booking tool still sends the proposal and takes the deposit, and your POS still rings up a cash bar. Bar Pull Sheet covers the part in between that lives in a spreadsheet, a printed sheet and a text thread today: the pull, the gear, the crew, and the count back in.

Next weekend
Paste the catalog once. From then on a new event is a name, a date, a copied sheet and a few changed quantities, and the crew can see their call times before you've closed the laptop.
