Legal
Terms of service
Last updated October 14, 2026
By creating a Bar Pull Sheet account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a company, you agree on its behalf.
The service
Bar Pull Sheet is a tool for planning event bar kits and recording what came back. It is a record of what you entered, not legal or insurance advice: you remain responsible for your liquor licence, permits, certificates of insurance, responsible service, and any charges you make to a host. We aren't responsible for lost or broken stock or equipment, missed events, or disputes with hosts or venues.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- The company owner controls who joins the company's account and can disable users at any time.
- Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, or access other companies' data.
Plans and billing
- New companies get a 14-day free trial with no card. After it, adding or changing records needs a paid plan; your records stay readable and exportable.
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time from the Billing page; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give partial refunds.
- If a plan lapses, your data stays, but features and user logins above the Solo plan stop working until you subscribe again.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Your data
Your company's records belong to you. You can export them at any time. See the privacy policy for what we store.
Availability
We work to keep Bar Pull Sheet running but can't promise it will never be down. The service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will email account owners about material changes. You can stop using Bar Pull Sheet at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
